Who is Kelly?
She is a yoga teacher, marketer, and an avid traveler. A native New Yorker and former Californian, she currently resides in Oaxaca, Mexico. Kelly's yoga sequences facilitate an intentional path away from the spinning mind to a state of rejuvenating focus.
What is Chair yoga and journaling?
Chair yoga practices adapt yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to some of us who find ourselves attached to our seats for a loooong time. For those of us who are spending a lot of time seated, being able to incorporate breath and movement practices into our day can help to release muscle tension and to calm busy minds. This class will incorporate journaling prompts for reflection.
