What got you involved in your practice?
I started my yoga practices, including asana (postures), pranayama and meditation as ways to manage my anxiety.
How do you prioritize mental wellness?
I prioritize my mental and physical wellness by allocating recurring time for focus on practices that nurture me. For me, that means putting it on my calendar.

My favorite thing about Well+Kind is the thoughtful intention of the founders, staff and community.

My latest playlist! Lots of 90s and early 2000s R&B throwbacks and Afrobeat.
Is home for you a place or a feeling? Can you describe it?
As someone who's lived in five countries on three continents definitely a feeling. For me, home feels safe, peaceful, inviting, and full of love.
